At Trivorsoft, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to our clients. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for services and products purchased from Trivorsoft.
Trivorsoft offers services such as web design, development, and marketing services. Our services may be purchased on a project basis or as ongoing services.
If a client is not satisfied with the services provided by Trivorsoft, we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue and resolve the problem to the client’s satisfaction. If we are unable to do so, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
Refund requests for services must be made within 14 days of the project completion date or the last payment received for ongoing services. Refunds will be prorated based on the work completed and any expenses incurred by Trivorsoft up to the point of the refund request.
Trivorsoft reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the client has violated our terms of service or if the refund request is fraudulent.
